What a wonderful evening; a definite success. The transformation of the teaching and learning building allowed for an intimate setting without the feeling of being cramped. I wish we could have had more subdued lighting to really create a mood for the event. My favourite part of the evening was the expressions of the 'artists' when they saw their artwork displayed. It was also wonderful to see how excited the children got when they saw their teacher. It goes to show how in such a short time, we as teacher candidates were able to make and impression on our students. Well done everyone!
Everyone participated and contributed to the Art show in one way or another. We all worked together to make the evening a success. I feel silly writing this part of the blog, but here goes. I helped with the chairs and I wrote thank you cards to the faculty and staff at the university.
